In Bryansk, attractions will be checked under the new rules from 2027
It is planned to create regional information systems to account for attractions.

From March 1, 2027, a federal law will come into force in Russia, establishing uniform requirements for the technical condition and operation of attractions. The new rules will also affect entertainment facilities in the Bryansk region. This is reported by the Parliamentary newspaper.
The document is aimed at improving the safety of visitors, including children. For the first time at the federal level, it comprehensively regulates the work of carousels, Ferris wheels and other similar structures.
According to the new requirements, the attractions will have to undergo technical inspection at least once a year. Additional checks will be required after major repairs or structural changes. If the equipment does not pass the inspection, its operation will be suspended until the violations are eliminated.
It is planned to create regional information systems to account for attractions. For each object will issue an electronic passport, which will record information about the release of equipment and the results of technical inspections.
For mobile attractions, temporary state registration will be provided. Before starting work in a new place, owners will need to pass a check and obtain permission.
The new rules may affect the Bryansk Ferris wheel, which has been operating in the city since the late 1970s. However, information about the violations revealed on it in the source material is not given.
