The Center for Work with Youth and Families of Bryansk prepares people who want to adopt a child or obtain custody. This year, 44 people were trained. 385 thousand rubles were allocated for the organization of classes. The program is free and available to parents who want to establish relationships with their children and keep the family together.

As the deputy head of the Bryansk city administration Igor Chubchikov explained, the funds allocated for guardianship and guardianship are intended for monthly payments for the maintenance of foster children and remuneration for foster parents. In addition, the costs of utilities, the repair of housing assigned to orphans and the processing of documents for the transfer of premises into their ownership are provided.
