In the Bryansk region will determine places prohibited for children without adults

In the Bryansk region will create a list of public places where minors are prohibited to be unaccompanied by adults. First of all, the restrictions apply to night time. The procedure for the formation of the list was approved by Governor Egor Kovalchuk by Resolution No. 506-p.

According to the document, proposals for the inclusion of specific objects in the list will be considered by a special expert commission. Participants will assess whether such places may pose a threat to children's health or adversely affect their physical, intellectual, mental, spiritual and moral development.

The commission will include at least seven people. Among them will be representatives of regional departments of education, health and culture, law enforcement agencies, public organizations, as well as teachers and child psychologists. The director of the Department of Education and Science of the region Alevtina Andreeva was appointed.

Each proposal has up to 30 days to consider. The conclusions of the commission will be advisory. Final decisions on restrictions can be made at the legislative level.
