In the Bryansk region in the search and rescue team "LisaAlert" formed a water direction. It was headed by Anna and Vladislav Makienko.
The decision to develop the new direction was made after a series of complex searches on the water. To prepare volunteers went to St. Petersburg, where they learned the experience of colleagues and mastered the methods of conducting such search operations.
Searches on the water require special training, the ability to work with equipment and strict adherence to safety. Therefore, volunteers will have to continue training and practice the acquired skills in practice.
