In the Buddhist school in Elista held a lesson about 10 evildoers

Another class was held at the Buddhist school in Elista. More than 30 people took part in the conversation – both children and adults.

Shajin Lama of Kalmykia Geshe Tenzin Choidak spoke in an accessible language for the audience to understand 10 detractors, giving examples. He recalled the words of the Buddha: It is important for lay people to give up 10 evildoers - this is the way that helps to avoid suffering.

The thought gave a special depth to the conversation: any negativity inevitably brings suffering. Shajin Lama urged everyone to be mindful: You have to think, analyze – where do I get negative emotions? What caused them? Can I control this process
