In Buryatia after the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office repaired the road on the street Vasilenko

In the village of Sosnovo-Ozerskoe in the Yeravninsky district of Buryatia, damage to the road surface on Vasilenko Street was eliminated after the intervention of the prosecutor's office.

The inspection was carried out on the collective appeal of residents, received at the personal reception of Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic Yevgeny Korotkikh. The supervisory authority established that there were numerous potholes, drawdowns and cracks on the road. At the same time, the administration of the rural settlement did not organize repairs in a timely manner.

The prosecutor's office made a proposal to eliminate violations, but it did not lead to the necessary result. After that, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the court. The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority.

The damage to the road surface has now been repaired.
