The budget of Kalmykia received more than 90 million rubles from the use of land

The consolidated budget of the region received more than 90 million rubles of non-tax revenues administered by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Kalmykia.

As of October 1, the volume of non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property of the republic, as well as land plots in Elista, state ownership of which is not delimited, amounted to 92,186.05 thousand rubles.

Income from the use and sale of property owned by Kalmykia amounted to land lease - 2472.32 thousand rubles, rent and hiring of state property - 2177.82 thousand rubles, dividends - 4995.25 thousand rubles, sale of land plots - 1514.51 thousand rubles, other income - 8800.68 thousand rubles.

Income from the use of land in Elista, state property for which is not delimited, amounted to rent - 36109.96 thousand rubles, the sale of plots - 29241.66 thousand rubles, redistribution of plots - 1081.89 thousand rubles, unjust enrichment for the actual use of land - 2921.86 thousand rubles. A large share was taken by penalties and penalties - more than 2.6 million rubles.
