In the center of Tambov revealed 9 potentially ownerless apartments and houses
In the regional center continues systematic work to identify ownerless property

In the regional center, systematic work continues to identify ownerless property. In October, employees of the city committee of municipal property and land relations conducted quarterly surveys within the boundaries of the streets of International, Proletar, M. Gorky and Railway.
During the raid, employees of the administration inspected about 150 capital construction facilities. The inspection revealed nine unsatisfactory living quarters. Now experts are determining the possible owners of these facilities.
The mayor’s office reminded that the apartments left without an owner or heir, rooms in communal apartments, residential buildings, non-residential premises, land plots, metal garages and small architectural forms can be a source of unsanitary conditions and accidents. In addition, such facilities often attract antisocial personalities, and accumulated debts for utilities eventually fall on the shoulders of neighbors.
The head of the Tambov administration, Maxim Kosenkov, instructed to strengthen the work on identifying ownerless or so-called depreciated property.
