In Cheboksary held a cultural and patriotic festival “Unity of Russia”

In Cheboksary secondary school No. 45, a cultural and patriotic festival “Unity of Russia: Past, Present, Future” was held. The event was timed to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the Year of Friendship of Peoples in Chuvashia and the upcoming National Unity Day.

The guests of honor of the festival were Deputy Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Chuvash Republic Alevtina Fedorova and member of the Presidium of the Union of Chuvashia Women Evgenia Krasnova.

The central event of the event was the presentation of a collective fabric fabric, each fragment of which symbolizes a separate region of the country. The invited guests left their signatures in the center of the composition, which symbolizes the “heart of Russia”, uniting all subjects of the Federation.

Speaking to the participants, Evgenia Krasnova noted that all great deeds begin with the family and the school team, where love, respect and mutual support reign. She wished the students a strong friendship and attentive attitude to the advice of parents.

The organizers stressed that the festival clearly demonstrated the cultural diversity and unity of the peoples of Russia, and also contributed to the involvement of students in research and creative activities of a patriotic orientation.
