In Chelny plan to open courses on civil defense

In Naberezhnye Chelny, it is planned to open training and consulting points on civil defense and emergency protection, the draft resolution of the executive committee is undergoing anti-corruption expertise.

Points are planned to organize at the place of residence of the population on the basis of organizations, housing and maintenance and social institutions. The main task is to prepare the unemployed for actions in emergency situations, as well as advising citizens on security issues.

It is planned to open 26 training and consulting points on civil defense: 24 will be placed on the basis of the Criminal Code, 2 - in the Palaces of Culture "KAMAZ" and "Energetik". Groups of 15-20 people will be formed, the program is designed for 15 training hours per year. Classes will be devoted to methods of protection in emergency situations of natural and man-made nature, in case of threats of wartime.

Residents will be able to get information about the evacuation procedure, temporary shelters and prefabricated evacuation points, individual and collective protection equipment. Memos, booklets and other materials will also be distributed.

The premises should be equipped with technical means of training, visual materials and equipment.
