In Montenegrin, schoolchildren showed the professions of the future

In the Montenegrin Technical School of Industry Technologies, schoolchildren and their parents got acquainted with the popular specialties and tried their hand in the future profession. Open Day was held within the framework of the federal project “Professionality”.

The guests visited the training workshops, got acquainted with the equipment and talked with teachers, masters of industrial training and employers. Professional tests and master classes were prepared for schoolchildren, during which they were able to try themselves in pedagogical and production tasks.

Technicians participate in the project in two directions. Since 2023, the Pedagogy cluster has been operating here, and in 2025 the Metallurgy educational and production cluster was opened. Training in them is focused on the practical skills and needs of employers.

For parents held a separate meeting on how to help a teenager choose a profession. Students also took part in the All-Russian class hour “Professionality: You are in good company”, dedicated to training opportunities and further employment.
