In Chuvashia will create a personnel reserve of leaders in education

The Ministry of Education of Chuvashia launches the project “Personnel reserve of growth” for teachers and deputy managers who are ready to head educational organizations in the future.

Participants are waiting for training, individual support, refresher courses, internships and mentoring.

The selection will be held in several stages: monitoring of teaching teams, acceptance of documents, testing of professional and personal qualities, as well as an interview with the Commission of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia.

By May 2027, it is planned to train at least 50 specialists ready to take vacant leadership positions in the education system of the republic.

You can apply to the education department of your municipality until October 21, 2026.

The project is implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” and the regional project “Teachers and Mentors”.
