In Dagestan, a man will be tried for trying to sell more than 1.5 kg of mephedrone

A resident of Makhachkala will appear in court on charges of attempted illegal sale of drugs on an especially large scale. This is reported by the Prosecutor’s office of Dagestan.

According to the investigation, in June 2026, the man illegally purchased and stored for subsequent sale more than 1.5 kg of mephedrone. To bring the criminal intent to the end, he could not - his activities were stopped by law enforcement officers.

The Prosecutor’s office of the Kirov district of Makhachkala approved the indictment, the criminal case was sent to court.
