In Dagestan found another underground mining farm

Illegally operating mining farm found in the village of Balakhani Untsukul district of Dagestan. This was reported by the director of Dagenergo Magomedshapi Shapiev.

According to him, during the inspection of one of the private objects was found 16 devices designed to mine cryptocurrency. The installed power of each unit was about 3.5 kW, and their total figure reached about 56 kW.

The equipment was connected to the power grid without concluding a contract with the energy supply organization, which indicates non-contractual electricity consumption.

For the investigation, the task force, employees of the energy company and law enforcement agencies were called to the scene. All equipment was removed until the circumstances were determined.
