In Dagestan condemned the entrepreneur for the turnover of unmarked goods for 38.5 million rubles

The Kizlyarsky District Court convicted an individual entrepreneur for trafficking in unmarked goods. This is reported by the Prosecutor’s office of Dagestan.

It was established that in 2023, the entrepreneur did not register in accordance with the established procedure as a participant in the information system for monitoring goods subject to mandatory labeling, and did not transfer information about the labeling code to this system. At the same time, he illegally purchased, stored and sold food products totaling more than 38.5 million rubles.

The accused was sentenced to a fine of 600 thousand rubles. In addition, the court decided to pay more than 38.5 million rubles to the state income illegally received.
