In Dagestan revealed illegal mining with damage in 57 million rubles

In the Magaramkent district of Dagestan, the fact of illegal mining was revealed, the damage from which is estimated at tens of millions of rubles. This was reported in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the region.

According to the agency, inspectors of the Department of State Geological Supervision, together with representatives of the administration of the Magaramkent district, discovered illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture in the territory of the village of Yarag-Kazmalar.

According to the surveyor report, the amount of damage caused to the subsoil amounted to 57 million rubles. All materials on the revealed fact were sent to the environmental prosecutor's office for a procedural decision.
