The State Housing Inspectorate of Dagestan considered the collective appeal of residents of house No. 7B on Hamidov Avenue in Makhachkala, who doubted the legality of charges for capital repairs.
The inspectors found that the house does not have an act of commissioning, but is included in the regional overhaul program, and the owners are charged contributions.
According to the results of the audit, the State Zhilinspection sent letters to the Ministry of Construction of Dagestan and the Dagestan Capital Repair Fund - demanding to exclude the house from the program, stop accruals and return previously paid funds. We are talking about the total amount of charges 2,284,641 rubles 46 kopecks and 266,066 rubles 76 kopecks already paid by the owners.
To return the money, residents need to apply to the Dagestan Capital Repair Fund. The Inspectorate continues to work to protect the property rights of citizens and eliminate unreasonable charges.
