The power engineers of the Untsukul and Gumbetov branches of the RES replaced the defective wire with a modern isolated analogue on the 0.4 kV power line in the village of Untsukul. Work took place on 14 feeder poles No. 1 from the local substation as part of the maintenance and repair program of 2026.
The use of a new self-supporting insulated wire (SIP-4/70) will increase the reliability and safety of power supply to villagers. The new wire is more resistant to damage, wind loads and temperature changes.
