In Dmitrov district repaired 5 km of roadway

In the Orel region completed the overhaul of the section of the interregional road "Komarichi - Dmitrovsk" - Devyatino in the Dmitrov district. The length of the updated object was about five kilometers. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.

As told in the state institution of the Orel region “Orelgoszkazchik”, during the implementation of the contract, the contractor carried out a set of measures aimed at improving the reliability and durability of the roadway. Old layers of coating were dismantled, the underlying sand layer and a two-layer gravel base were laid, including in places of tuft formations. The roadway has been expanded, and the road clothes are formed from two layers of asphalt concrete - the lower and upper.

Special attention was paid to infrastructural elements: two water passage pipes were repaired, exits and adjoining roads were equipped, the roadsides were restored using rubble. Road safety is ensured by the application of 14,490 linear meters of road markings with thermoplastic, as well as the installation of 18 road signs.

In the “Eagle customer” added that at the final stage, experts strengthen the earthen canvas, slopes and curbs by sowing grass. In the coming days, the work will be fully completed, after which the facility will be prepared for the acceptance commission.

By the way, the overhaul of the road "Komarichi - Dmitrovsk" - Devyatino in the Dmitrov district started in 2025. The implemented project confirmed the effectiveness of the planned approach to updating the road network.
