In the house of a disabled person in Kalmykia, the gas supply was restored

At the request of the prosecutor's office of the Maloderbetovsky district, gas supply to the household of a disabled person of group I was restored.

The prosecutor's office of the Maloderbetovsky district received an appeal from a local resident. The woman told about the unlawful disconnection of the household of her mother, a disabled person of group I, from the gas supply system.

Employees of the supervisory authority found that the gas distribution organization violated the requirements of housing legislation. In particular, if there is a debt to pay for utility services, the period for suspending gas supply to the subscriber was calculated incorrectly.

The General Director of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Elista was presented with a submission. Gas supply to the disabled person's home has been resumed. For improper performance of official duties, the guilty person was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
