In Feodosia, a large family returned the right to receive a plot

The Prosecutor’s office of Feodosia defended the rights of a large family to receive a land plot. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

As established by the verification of the implementation of land legislation, the family was denied queueing for a free plot because of the transaction for the sale of land, which in 2018 made one of the spouses. However, at that time, the spouses were not in a registered marriage and did not belong to the preferential category, and the right to a free plot of land for the family appeared only after the birth of the third child in 2024.

In this regard, the city prosecutor's office sent an administrative claim to the court to recognize the decision of the local government body as illegal and impose the obligation to re-examine the family's application. Feodosia city court satisfied the requirements, the decision has not yet entered into legal force, and the actual restoration of family rights is under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
