In Gomel, two women staged a dance right on the roadway of the central street. The videos were found on social media and then on the Republican Public Security Monitoring System. This sb.by told in the traffic police Department of the Gomel regional Executive Committee.
The identity of the offenders was established, they were a 40-year-old resident of the regional center and a 42-year-old resident of the Gomel district. Employees of the traffic police imposed on them an administrative penalty in the form of a fine. The violation was qualified under Part 3 of Art. 18.20 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus - the creation of an emergency situation: women danced on the road, endangering themselves and others.
