In Chita ritual company mistakenly buried a woman in the wrong cemetery

In Chita, a ritual company mistakenly buried a woman in the wrong cemetery. The daughter of the deceased found the substitution only on the 40th day after the funeral and demanded through the court compensation for moral damage in the amount of four million rubles.
According to the joint press service of the courts of the Trans-Baikal Territory, the burial was to take place at the cemetery of the Chernivsky district of Chita. However, the ceremony was held in the village of Chernovo Kolochinsk settlement.
The plaintiff explained that during the funeral did not understand where she was taken. The error was discovered 40 days later when she arrived at the cemetery. During the proceedings, the court found that confusion arose during the excavation of the grave.
The woman demanded to recover from the ritual company four million rubles as compensation for moral damage. The court granted the claim in part: it decided to pay the applicant 10,000 rubles in compensation and another five thousand rubles in fine.
Representatives of the company offered to rebury the deceased at the Chernivsky cemetery, but the woman refused. Now the complaint of the plaintiff will be considered by the appeal court.
