In Ivanovo resumed the construction of houses on the far Balinskaya

This happened after the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office – on Thursday the construction site was visited by the Prosecutor of the region Andrei Zhugin.

Together with him, the progress of the work was assessed and the chairman of the regional government Yevgeny Pletnikov and a representative of the controlling bodies met with shareholders. The conversation was about the pace of construction and the actual timing of their completion.

We are talking about five apartment buildings, which were to build the developer SZ "Guards" in the second quarter of next year.

On behalf of the head of the regional supervisory authority, the prosecutor of the Frunze district of the regional center was entrusted with monitoring the progress of construction and observing the rights of citizens who invested their own money in this construction.

It should be added that construction has been suspended since the beginning of 2026.
