In the Ivanovo region called skills that claim a high salary

The ability to work with customer complaints, automate production processes and reduce costs can significantly increase the amount of salary that employers indicate in vacancies. Such data on the Ivanovo region leads a study of the service hh.ru, which reports “Known.ru”.

According to the study, for sales consultants, the skill of dealing with customer complaints is associated with an increase in the offered salary by more than 54%. Ownership of automation tools increases the salary offer by 25%. The most noticeable difference is noted for accountants: knowledge of cost optimization can increase the amount specified by the employer by almost 90%.

Marina Dorokhova, Head of Skills and Career at hh.ru, explained that companies especially value competencies that can affect business revenues, reduce costs or improve security. In this case, we are talking about the amounts indicated in job announcements, and not about the actual earnings of employees.

The all-Russian list of professions in demand since the beginning of 2026 included sales consultants, sales managers, freight forwarders, couriers, accountants, storekeepers and electrical installers.
