In Izborsk reminded how to feed ducks and swans

Employees of the protected Izborsk reminded that ducks and swans cannot be fed bread. About this "MK in Pskov" reported in the press service of the museum.

Bread causes gastrointestinal disorders, contaminates water, promotes mud formation and gives birds a false sense of fullness without the necessary nutrients.

As a treat, you can take boiled pearl cereal or a grain mixture of barley, oats and wheat.
