In the Kakhov Children’s Library, a blitz poll was held “5 facts about my father that I am proud of.” The meeting helped young readers to tell about their fathers, their qualities and deeds that children admire.
Participants answered ten questions about fathers. The children shared what their fathers teach them, what character traits they consider the most important and for what they especially value their loved ones.
Younger readers also took part in the creative part of the event: they produced greeting cards for dads. In each craft, the children put their warm feelings and words of gratitude.
The meeting became an occasion to talk about family values, attention to loved ones and the importance of time spent together. The children described fathers as reliable helpers, wise counselors, and role models.
