In the Kalacheevsky district, the Criminal Code recalculated 92 residents for a faulty metering device

The Prosecutor’s office of the Kalacheev district conducted an inspection on the appeal of residents of one of the apartment buildings in the village of Prigorodny. The reason was a violation of housing legislation: the common house hot water temperature metering device was in malfunction. This infringed on the right of owners to proper maintenance of common property.

Following the audit, the prosecutor’s office sent a lawsuit to the court demanding to oblige the management organization to bring the metering device into working condition. The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor - the faulty counter was replaced.

In addition, 92 residents of the house are recalculated fees for municipal services for hot water supply.
