In Kaliningrad, the Fund of capital repair warned for violations in the repair of the monument

The State Protection Service of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Kaliningrad region announced a warning to the Specialized non-profit organization of the Kaliningrad region “Fund for overhaul of common property in apartment buildings”. The information is published on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The reason for the warning was the statement of the entrepreneur who monitors the progress of repairs. The businessman noticed that during the repair of the building of the city hospital on the street Klinichnoy, 74 in Kaliningrad, violations were committed.

The service said the company, which was making major repairs to the roof and facade of the main building, violated design documentation and safety regulations. It also damaged parts of the building. Since August 26, representatives of technical supervision stopped being allowed to the facility. The customer of the works, the Kursk Region Capital Repair Fund, was informed about this, but may not have taken proper measures.

As noted in the document, such inaction of the Fund may negatively affect the state of the cultural heritage. This may lead to the refusal of the regional authority for the protection of monuments in the approval of reporting documentation and acceptance of works already performed.
