The territorial body of the Federal Service for Supervision in Healthcare in the Kaliningrad region issued a warning to the GBUZ KO “City Clinical Emergency Medical Hospital”. This information is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General.
In accordance with the information of the warning, which is published on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the department assessed the quality of medical care for the patient. During the inspection, signs of violations of mandatory requirements were established.
It follows from the warning that there is no protocol of the decision of the consultation in the patient's stationary card, although in the preoperative epicrysis it is indicated that the decision on the operation was made by the consultation. Also, the patient was prescribed an ECHO-KG, but it was not performed, and information about the examinations by the therapist is not available. In addition, the copy of the card partially does not correspond to the established form: the protocol of the operation does not specify the blood group, Rh factor and Kell antigen, there are partially no personnel signatures, there is no map and protocol of the anesthesiological manual, as well as preoperative examination of the anesthesiologist-resuscitator. Internal quality control in the hospital was carried out formally - violations were not detected at the institution level.
The position of chief doctor of GBUZ KO "City Clinical Emergency Hospital" since January 30, 2024 is occupied by Eduard Hasanshin.
