In Kaliningrad warned kindergarten No. 130 for violations of sanitary standards

The Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Kaliningrad region issued a warning MADOU of the city of Kaliningrad child development center - kindergarten No. 130. This information is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General.

In accordance with the information of the warning, which is published on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the department received data on the results of an epidemiological investigation in connection with the registration of five cases of norovirus infection and three cases of enterocolitis among pupils and staff of group No. 7.

The investigation established signs of violations of mandatory requirements of sanitary legislation. It follows from the warning that the food unit did not comply with the accuracy of the technological process (raw vegetables were washed in the bath for kitchen dishes), there was no sink for hand washing in the vegetable processing area, and one of the employees had expired the period of hygienic training. There was also no control of temperature and humidity in warehouses and refrigerators, cleaning was carried out without disinfectants, and products without labels were stored in the warehouse. In addition, the zoning and marking of the pelvis for linen was violated in the laundry room. Laboratory in flushes from objects of the external environment found bacteria group of E. coli.
