In the Kaliningrad region found hundreds of varieties of seeds outside the state register

In the Kaliningrad region on the websites of online stores found seeds and seedlings that can not be sold in Russia without special registration. This was reported in the regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor.

In October, experts tested more than three thousand varieties of seeds and 179 types of planting material. They found 330 varieties and hybrids, which are not in the state register of permitted plants for sale.

Among them are seeds of tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet pepper, carrots and spring rape, as well as apple seedlings. The Rosselkhoznadzor warned the company and the individual entrepreneur who sold these products about the inadmissibility of violating the law.
