The man, who evaded the maintenance of his son, still repaid the debt. He found 200 thousand rubles after threatening to sell his car.
As reported in the FSSP for Kalmykia, the citizen for a long time did not pay for the maintenance of the child. In respect of him, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Subsequently, since the debtor did not draw conclusions, a criminal case was already initiated.
The court ordered the citizen to be officially employed. The debtor fulfilled the request of the court and got a job in a grocery hypermarket. From his salary, bailiffs began to make deductions. However, the amount of official income allowed the debt to be repaid very slowly, and the debt continued to grow. At the same time, the man refused to pay, saying that he did not intend to support his ex-wife.
As part of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff seized a foreign car belonging to the debtor, which was left to the man for responsible storage. However, he did not take measures to repay the debt.
After the inspection, the bailiff established that the debtor informally works as a taxi driver, and the arrested car is one of his sources of income. Then the employee of the enforcement authority applied a non-standard approach: contacted the debtor and reported that a buyer was found for the arrested foreign car. Only then did the man change his behavior. He asked his partner to apply for a loan to immediately repay the entire amount.
The alimony debt, about 200 thousand rubles, is fully paid, the man continues to pay alimony monthly in the amount of a quarter of all income in favor of his son.
