In Kalmykia through the court returned the pensioner money stolen by fraudsters

In the Sarpinsky district, the property rights of an elderly woman who suffered from fraudsters were protected. A pensioner from the village of Sadovoe transferred 15 thousand rubles to another bank account, becoming a victim of fraud.

During the investigation of the criminal case of fraud, it was established that the stolen money came to the account of a 35-year-old resident of Astrakhan. Since there was no legal basis for the transfer, the recipient of the funds was obliged to return unjust enrichment.

The district prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the Soviet District Court of Astrakhan in the interests of the victim. The court satisfied the claims in full, recovering from the dropper the amount of unjust enrichment and interest for the use of other people's money.
