In Kalmykia, the maternity capital for the firstborn in 2027 will grow to 778.5 thousand rubles

From February 1, 2027 in Kalmykia, as well as throughout Russia, it is planned to carry out indexation of maternity capital. The payment is going to increase to the level of actual inflation, which, according to preliminary forecasts, will be 6.8%.

As a result of indexation, the size of the maternity capital for the first child will reach 778.5 thousand rubles. This is 49.6 thousand rubles more than in 2026.

For families who have not previously had the right to maternity capital, at the birth of the second, third or subsequent child, the payment will be 1,028,700 rubles. If the certificate has already been issued for the first child, the surcharge for the second child will be approximately 250.3 thousand rubles.

You can apply for funds in several ways: through the offices of the MFC, on the portal of public services or in the client service of the Social Fund.
