In Kalmykia called the conditions for obtaining childcare benefits for unemployed parents

The Social Fund of Kalmykia informed citizens about the conditions for the appointment of a monthly allowance for child care up to 1.5 years. For non-working parents, the payment is based on the criteria of need similar to the single benefit.

The average per capita income of the family should not exceed the regional subsistence minimum. Each able-bodied family member must have an income of at least 8 minimum wages or objective reasons for its absence. The property of the family must meet the established requirements.

The exception is students and citizens dismissed due to the liquidation of the organization during pregnancy or parental leave. They are paid without a need assessment.

For those dismissed due to the liquidation of organizations, the benefit is 40% of average earnings over the past 12 months. For the rest, the amount is 10,669.64 rubles and is indexed annually.

The application can be submitted through public services, in the client service of the SFR or in the MFC. Dismissed persons in connection with the liquidation of the organization during pregnancy or parental leave may receive this benefit simultaneously with a single one. Other non-working citizens have the right to choose only one of these payments.
