In Kalmykia summed up the results of the all-Russian action “Communications where they trade in death”

Law enforcement agencies of Kalmykia published the statistics of the second stage of the all-Russian action “Communications where they trade in death”. The campaign lasted almost two weeks – from September 21 to October 2.

During this period, the police together with colleagues from other structures checked about a hundred places of mass congestion of young people. The main purpose of the raids was to stop the spread of drugs. In Elista, attention was paid to urban facilities. Two advertisements promoting banned substances were found.

The educational part of the action covered students and schoolchildren - 45 preventive lectures were held for them. The power component has also yielded results. A criminal case was opened on the fact of drug trafficking, 0.441 grams of prohibited substances were seized. Five people have been held administratively liable for their use. In addition, four citizens who were on the federal wanted list were detained.
