In the Chernozemel district, an interdepartmental meeting was held to strengthen control over animal grazing.

In the Chernozemel district, an interdepartmental meeting was held to strengthen control over animal grazing. The discussion was attended by representatives of the district municipality and the police department of the village of Komsomolsky. The key issues were ensuring the accounting of livestock and preventing uncontrolled movement of livestock.
Experts reminded that stray animals pose a real threat to road safety. Freely moving cattle near roads and in settlements can provoke an accident, and also violates the rules of improvement and cleanliness.
The police appealed to the owners of the animals with a request to strictly observe the established norms. It is important not to leave livestock unattended and to exclude their free movement near roads and within settlements.
The meeting participants recalled that for the revealed facts of uncontrolled grazing, the owners will be subject to enforcement measures in accordance with the legislation. In addition, administrative liability is provided for violation of the requirements for marking and accounting of farm animals.
