In Kalmykia, the rural administration repaid the debt for municipal resources

The Prosecutor’s office of the Justinsky district of Kalmykia conducted an audit of compliance with legislation in the housing and communal sphere. According to the results of the audit, it turned out that the administration of one of the rural municipalities accumulated arrears to resource suppliers. The debt was created due to non-payment of consumed electricity and natural gas.

According to the revealed fact, the head of the administration was submitted with a request to eliminate violations of the law. As a result, the debt of more than 140 thousand rubles was repaid in full. In addition, the guilty official was brought to disciplinary responsibility.
