In Kalmykia, a man evaded paying administrative fines for traffic violations. In total, 70 unpaid traffic police orders and other financial obligations were executed in the bailiff service. The total amount of debt was about 200 thousand rubles.
Bailiffs checked the property status of the debtor and found that the citizen actually uses the car, although it is registered on his wife. Fines for traffic violations were made in the name of the owner (wife), she was considered an official debtor. At the same time, the man informally worked in a taxi and did not hurry to fulfill financial obligations.
The bailiff imposed arrests on the bank accounts of the debtor, and as soon as the wanted car appeared in the area, drove to the address and found the debtor, who avoided communication. An inventory and arrest was made, the car was seized from the owners.
After that, the man paid off the debt, including the executive fee.
