In Kaluga, the chief labor inspector was sent to a strict regime colony

The official tried to "hide" the accident at work.

The civil servant took 110,000 rubles from a representative of a commercial organization for concealing the revealed facts of violations. The amount was relied on in return for the failure to bring the organization to justice after an accident occurred at work.

Today, the sentence against the chief state labor inspector of the State Labor Inspectorate in the Kaluga region has entered into legal force. He was found involved in an official crime.

The Kaluga District Court found the accused guilty of taking a bribe and will serve in a strict regime colony for 7 years.

Also, the former labor inspector was fined 1 million 650 thousand rubles.

Earlier, “MK in Kaluga” wrote that unauthorized landfills were found in several forests of the Kaluga region.
