In Kaluga, a prisoner drug dealer asks for freedom

In February 2024, a young man acting on the instructions of an organized group received a prohibited tool and tried to dispose of it, making a bookmark in a cache on one of the streets of Kaluga.

The activities of the “courier” were stopped by police officers. The bookmark was immediately removed.

For committing this crime, a 17-year-old young man was sentenced to 3 years in prison with serving a sentence in an educational colony.

After reaching the age of majority, the convicted person was transferred to a general regime correctional colony.

Then he decided to apply for parole.

Taking into account the position of the prosecutor's office, the court refused the convicted person's request, justifying this by the lack of sufficient grounds indicating the correction of the convicted person.

Earlier, “MK in Kaluga” wrote that suspects in the kidnapping of a person in the Kaluga region were found abroad.
