The woman asked through the court to recognize the children lost the right to their former housing, because they constantly live in her apartment. This was necessary for the registration of housing from a specialized fund.
The Kozelsky District Court dismissed the claim. Judges pointed out that the children left the apartment not of their own will, but because of the transfer into custody. Deprivation of their housing rights could violate the legitimate interests of minors.
The Regional Court upheld this decision unchanged. It has entered into force.
As told earlier “MK in Kaluga”, the repair of the road to the Red Town will be completed in a short time.
