In Karelia put up for sale a hotel complex worth 230 million rubles

In Sortavalsky district of Karelia for 230 million rubles sell ready-made year-round hotel complex "Lamberg".

The corresponding proposal appeared on the site of announcements “Avito”. The tourist site occupies a plot of 2.3 hectares on the island of Riekkalansaari, just three kilometers from the city of Sortavala. The journey by water to the Valaam archipelago on a fast boat takes about 35 minutes.

The central building of the hotel has an area of 430 square meters. Inside there is a reception, a spacious area with a fireplace, a billiard room, a steam room and from six to seven living rooms, including luxury categories and family rooms. It should be noted that the living room furniture was completely replaced by a new one in 2025. In addition to the main building, the infrastructure includes 18 detached cottages (one and two floors), designed for a total of 72 guests.

The main highlight of the complex is a panoramic restaurant hall with an area of 345 “squares”, made in the aesthetics of alpine chalets. The institution is designed for 50 seats indoors, another 25 guests can be accommodated on the summer attic, and from the open view terrace opens a picturesque landscape on the bay.

For vacationers, there is its own berth, capable of taking yachts, bath complexes on the shore and on the water, a boating boat for boats and equipped picnic areas. In the park of equipment of the object there are two passenger ships for organizing excursions, up to eight snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles-snow swamps, as well as equipment for active recreation: sappords, kayaks and boats.

According to the calculations of the authors of the announcement, the project will pay off in about 10 years. In addition, the area of the territory allows in the future to build modern modular houses (glamping) or a full-fledged spa center.
