Valentina Matvinko will visit hospitals and museum in Khakassia

The speaker of the Federation Council arrived in the republic on a working visit on October 19. The first item in the program of the trip was Bograd District Hospital – a new building was erected under the federal project “Modernization of the primary healthcare of the Russian Federation”.

The emergency condition of the main building of the Bograd district hospital was told by the head physician Elena Trufanova at the plenary session of the first All-Russian forum of village workers. The event was held in 2024 on the initiative of the upper house of parliament.

The Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko reacted quickly: suggested the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the authorities of Khakassia to take measures and resolve the issue as soon as possible. The building of the clinic for adults and children was built from prefabricated structures and equipped with modern equipment in less than a year. Now the hospital is already preparing for the commissioning of a new hospital.

Valentina Matvienko intends to visit the existing clinic, communicate with employees and visitors, check the installation and finishing work in the new building. A meeting in the government of the republic is also planned. The Chairman of the Federation Council intends to discuss issues of socio-economic development of the region, the implementation of national projects and federal programs. In addition, the program of the working trip includes a visit to the Republican Clinical Hospital named after G.Y. Remishevskaya and Khakass National Museum named after L.R. Kyzlasov.
