In Khost restored lighting on the hiking trail after a short circuit

In the Khostinsky district of Sochi, the repair of outdoor lighting on the pedestrian route from the Zvezdochka public transport stop in the direction of Art Hotel was completed. Specialists of the municipal institution "Sochisvet" eliminated a technical malfunction that prevented the normal operation of lanterns. This was reported in the city information services.

The reason for the disruption of the lighting equipment was a short circuit. During the survey, experts also identified tree branches that interfered with the wires. To restore power supply, it was necessary to eliminate the malfunction and free the elements of the electrical network from vegetation.

The workers carried out the necessary technical measures, cleaned the wires from interfering branches and brought the outdoor lighting equipment in good condition. After the repair was completed, specialists checked the functioning of the system. According to the MBU "Sochisvet", the envisaged scope of work is fully completed.

The hiking trail connects the public transport stop with the surrounding area and is used by locals and guests of the area. Correct lighting is especially important in the evening, when insufficient visibility can complicate movement. Restoration of lights should improve the conditions for pedestrians in this area.

The municipality confirmed the completion of repair activities. Information on the need for additional work on the route is not provided. Restoration of lighting became part of the ongoing maintenance of urban infrastructure aimed at maintaining the serviceability of electrical networks and equipment of public spaces.
