In Kirov suspended the work of entertainment establishment on the Proletarsk

The reason for supervisory measures was the issues of compliance with existing legislation and ensuring public order.

During the on-site inspection it turned out that the management of the institution neglected the rules of fire control. In the event of a possible fire, the safety of visitors and staff was not guaranteed.

Specialists of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were involved in the control measures, who officially confirmed the presence of significant violations of fire safety.

Such shortcomings created a real threat to the life and health of hundreds of people simultaneously in the confined space of the entertainment facility.

Experts emphasize that the operation of public establishments with non-functioning or improperly organized evacuation and extinguishing systems is categorically unacceptable.

In addition, the club caused constant criticism from local residents, as it became a regular gathering point for people who abused alcohol.

Noisy companies and systematic anti-social manifestations near the residential area disturbed the peace of the people of Kirov and infringed on the rights of law-abiding citizens to a safe and comfortable environment.

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, the district prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the court, in which he demanded to oblige the owners of the entertainment establishment to eliminate all violations in full.

The civil case is currently under consideration.

At the same time, at the request of the supervisory authority, the court took interim measures, completely suspending the further activities of the club on Proletarskaya Street until the actual elimination of all claims of the supervisory authorities.
