In Kirzhach, the claimant withdrew the claim for half a million rubles

The conflict between the creditor and the debtor in the Kirzhach district ended successfully for both sides. The bailiff was already ready to arrest the land plot and the debtor’s house for sale at auction to repay the debt of 500 thousand rubles.

However, after the man was officially informed about the beginning of the procedure for the sale of property, he contacted the collector. As a result of negotiations, the creditor changed his mind to sue and sent a statement to the bailiffs about the absence of claims. The enforcement proceedings are closed, the arrest from the property is removed.
