The preferential tariff will come into force after the restoration of the original interior layout and the historical appearance of the facades. After official acceptance, the annual fee will be one ruble per square meter - less than 400 rubles for the entire building.
The cottage of Kannegiser is a historical wooden mansion in the village of Komarovo, which is located on Bolshoi Prospekt, house 15. In 1904, the land was purchased by Ferdinand Kannegiser, a landowner and entrepreneur. The cottage, which the owner himself called "Cannala", served as his personal residence.
