In Komi, a man was forced to dismantle the air conditioner through bailiffs

A resident of Syktyvkar eliminated the violation on the facade of an apartment building only after the intervention of bailiffs. The man installed the air conditioner without the consent of the other owners and the necessary permits. At the same time, water from the device drained onto the neighbor’s windows.

According to the court decision, the owner had to remove the equipment and restore the original appearance of the facade, but for a year he did not fulfill this requirement. For delay he was charged a penalty of more than 178 thousand rubles.

The bailiffs collected money from the bank accounts of the debtor, limited his travel abroad and banned registration actions with the car. The measures taken prompted the man to comply with the court decision: the air conditioner was dismantled, and the facade was put in order.
